A big part of what we do in the Creative + Practice online workshop, is learn how to pay fierce attention to what we love, what we desire, what we appreciate.
My shorthand word for this is: happification.
In the act of noticing we amplify what makes us happy.
This simple act of noticing helps us determine what is important to us. It helps us choose what we want to create next. What we want to enjoy more of.
Have you ever noticed how so much of life seems to be focused on what is missing, what is wrong, what doesn’t work, and all the things that annoy and frustrate and irritate?
What if happiness was a state of mind?
And therefore yours for the choosing?

what i love…
Do it at your computer right now.
Or do your writing in your visual journal or notebook, or my favorite way: in pencil over painted paper in my sketchbook.
My favorite pen is a pencil.
If you’ve ever been frustrated by pens that do not write over painted pages…use pencil.
Plain ‘ol school pencils are one of my favorite art supplies ever.
Graphite! Is anyone else excited by graphite marks on paint?
what do you love?
Some people enjoy reading what I write in my Sketchbooks. So now you can, too >
