How can journaling improve your life…and business?
Creative journaling is my number one tool as an artist and creative entrepreneur.
I designed this project to help you discover the magic that happens when you journal for 30 days.
When you join the 30 Day Journal Project, you’ll get 30 days of prompts and ideas to inspire, motivate, and en-Courage you, with creative community to support you. That’s my intention.
Journaling is Brave
When I first offered the 30 Day Journal Project in 2014, I got so many letters from people saying it was the very first time they dared to face the blank page.
“Wow – I never journaled before, and this project inspired me to begin writing.”
Other participants are experienced writers, coaches, and creatives – many who teach writing and creativity themselves.
How it works:
The 30 Day Journal Project brings you 30 days of inspiration and journaling prompts for 30 days, delivered right to your email address.
It’s free to participate.
Supplies: All you need to begin is a notebook and something to write with. If you’ve taken other workshops with me, you can use those supplies, too. If not, you’ll see some fun ideas to try yourself.
There’s more goodness included, including ways to connect with other participants, and get pretty visuals to print out for your journal, add to your Pinterest gallery, or share as you wish.

What if 10,000 people journal together for 30 Days?
This is the audacious idea that launched the very first 30 Day Journal Project in January, 2014.
Since then, more than 10,000 journalers have participated from around the globe.
